description: How can a small business owner possibly not be confused when trying to buy a computer from the Dell site? A client asked me to help them make a purchasing decision on a simple office computer to deal with daily tasks - email, invoicing, tracking of simple financials etc. No great compute or graphics power required. This should take five minutes, right? But I did not count on the labyrinth that is the Dell website. I went to the Dell UK site, and had a look at the OptiPlex range. First research task, understand the various models: OptiPlex 3020, OptiPlex 3020 Micro, OptiPlex 7020, OptiPlex 9020, OptiPlex 9020 Micro and OptiPlex All-in-ones. No worries, let’s see if I can make sense of these offerings. I wanted to see what was the difference between the OptiPlex 3020 and the OptiPlex 3020 Micro. The Micro option says “Available with Windows 8.1”, and the OptiPlex 3020 does not. Does that mean the second one can’t have Windows 8.1? Not to mention getting Windows 10 - surely I should be
